Chiang Rai TOUR (one day)
Karen Tribe, Longneck.
Around 7 am we will pick you up with our airconditioned van and leave from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. After about 1 hour we will have a stop at a very unique Hot Spring, we will stay here for around 30 minutes.
We will continue the trip to Chaingsaen Ancient City, to visit the Chaingsaen Temple.
After this we will take you to the (in)famous Golden Triangle and the Mae Kong River with very beautiful scenery at the riverside. Here we also will have lunch.
After lunch have another ride for 30 minutes to Maesai Border city with Myanmar (Birma).
There is a lively market here where you can look around to continue the trip to AKHA Village and YAO hilltribe Vvillage.
After leaving from here we will drive back straight to Chiang Mai to be back around 7 pm.
Included in this tour are transportation, your tourguide, lunch including water.
As extra you could choose to go on a boatcruise on the Mae-Khong river or cross the border to visit Myanmar.
